Return Policy
No Good, Money Back Guarantee - 30 Days
If you have received the wrong items or the items you have received are faulty,
please email support@lumiouzlights.com to discuss further details.
If you are not satisfied with the goods you have received, you may return them to us within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in their original and saleable condition.
Once returned, you will be entitled to a full refund, excluding the cost of return postage.
The cost of return postage is not included. We cannot refund or exchange items
that have obviously been used or opened or are not in their original condition.

Download, print and complete the returns form if you do not already have one. Download your returns form HERE
Send the returns form along with a photo of the products you wish to return
by email to

● Once approved, make sure your return is well packed and meets all
conditions.
● Mark ‘Return’ clearly on the outside of your package.
● Use an insured tracking service to ensure that your package arrives safely with us.

Return Policy and Guidelines:
● All returned items must be unused, unopened and in the
original plastic packaging.
We are not responsible for the cost of returning the item(s).
Please ensure that any item(s) being returned are packed properly to prevent
damage in the post.
Please ensure that all return parcels are sent using a trackable service and
sent with insured service as we will not be responsible for
items that are damaged or lost in transit.
Make sure the returns form is authorised – if it is not authorised, it
may result in your return not being processed.
Promotional items cannot be returned.
Easy returns in three simple steps:
Step 1: Request the return form using the contact form below. Please include your order number, email address and the reason for the return.
Step 2: Send your order
Send the items together with the completed return form to the address on the return form.

As the sender, you are responsible and we do not want any misunderstandings.
Step 3: Receive the purchase amount in your bank account: As soon as we have received the package, we will ensure that the purchase amount is credited to your bank account within five working days.
We process our returns in China, which means that you will have to return your package outside the EU. This can be quite expensive, with costs of up to €25-30, which we do not reimburse.
